Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

At more than 24 hours until the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly or get a refund.

In case of less than 24 hours until the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked or refunded. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that need to be covered, and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen occurs immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a starting point, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
